Nicole is a brand builder and marketing strategist who works with CVS Health as the marketing leader for MinuteClinic, the medical clinic located inside select CVS Pharmacy and Target locations.  Nicole is passionate about purpose-driven brands and re-inventing brands to compete more effectively in the new retail landscape.  Prior to CVS Health, Nicole spent time at Staples where she led the first brand re-launch and dedicated campaign in 11 years.  She began her marketing career at Procter & Gamble where she worked in multiple roles across the Venus and Gillette Brands.

Nicole holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from Harvard Business School.  She lives in the Boston area with her husband and two children. When she’s not working she likes to try recipes she finds on Pinterest and to start DIY projects that she never quite finishes.

Carla Dunham is the VP of Brand Marketing at Equinox, where she leads the brand marketing and acquisition marketing teams for the global fitness luxury brand.  Prior to Equinox, Carla held  successively bigger roles at Target, Henri Bendel, Saks Fifth Avenue, and, most recently, led global brand marketing at Kate Spade New York.  Based in Manhattan with her husband and son, Dunham is passionate about building compelling brand stories that drive deep emotional connections and leveraging data to enhance the customer experience.

Minal Mehta is the Co-Founder of BollyX, the Bollywood fitness program that encourages you to drop your inhibitions and "unleash your inner rockstar." Having an artistic background in dance production and a business background in marketing and strategy, Minal enjoys driving BollyX’s powerful brand to build a global community around healthy living. Today, BollyX classes can be found in gyms across 30+ states in the US, and internationally in India, Canada, and Europe. Prior to BollyX, Minal managed online marketing for Amazon’s fashion startup, MYHABIT, driving customer acquisition through the paid marketing channels, owning forecasting and planning, managing new product launches, and spearheading customer analytics initiatives. Minal has also gained extensive marketing, business development, and analytics experience from her past lives at NBC Universal, Hotwire and Cornerstone Research. Minal graduated from UC Berkeley with a B.A. in Economics with Honors in 2005 and earned her M.B.A. in general management from Harvard Business School in 2011.

Navid Mojir is an assistant professor of business administration in the Marketing Unit at Harvard Business School, teaching the Marketing course in the MBA required curriculum. Professor Mojir is interested in health markets, particularly in relationships between suppliers and health care providers. He has received his PhD in management from Yale School of Management, where he has also received an M.Phil. and an MA.
