Bob Sherwin joined Wayfair in 2013 to run Wayfair's Acquisition Marketing programs, and now leads Wayfair's North America Marketing. Prior to Wayfair, Bob was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Co, a strategy consultancy, where he advised a number of clients at Fortune 100 companies. He began his career at IBM's Business Consultant Services, where he worked with Federal agencies to improve data infrastructure and operational efficiency by leveraging big data analytics. Bob holds a B.B.A in Finance and Economics from The College of William and Mary, an M.E.M from Northwestern's McCormick School of Engineering, and an M.B.A. from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management. Bob is a proud husband and father of two.

Prior, Rachel led Business Development and Experiential Marketing efforts at Plated. She holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
