GABE TARTAGLIA

VICE President, SALES, Pandora

Since 2011, Gabe Tartaglia has been a Vice President of Sales for Pandora.  Based in Chicago, Gabe manages the sales organization and revenue operations for Pandora’s National Sales Verticals.  Prior to that, Gabe ran Pandora’s 17-state sales region in the central third of the United States.  Previously, Gabe spent almost two decades in broadcast radio, including positions as Station Manager and Director of Sales for CBS Radio on the East Coast and in Chicago.  Gabe holds undergraduate degrees in Marketing and Management Information Systems from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.  His other professional interests include mentoring and guest instructor work at YearUp Chicago (http://www.yearup.org/).  Additionally, Gabe runs his own daily media blog (http://www.dailygabe.com).  Gabe’s favorite Pandora station is “System Of A Down Radio”, and attended high school with members of Nine Inch Nails.


Dorsey Mcglone Russell

Senior manager, Monitor Deloitte

Dorsey is a senior manager in the Monitor Deloitte Strategy practice of Deloitte Consulting with more than fifteen years of experience in crafting and operationalizing customer experience and digital strategies. She provides keen insights into how to create superior customer experiences that lead to enhanced company profitability and customer delight, coupled with the expertise to create practical strategies that are embraced and implemented by clients. She has worked cross-industry with clients in financial services, consumer products, life sciences, technology, transportation, telecom, publishing, and government. Prior to joining Deloitte in November of 2014, Dorsey ran her own consumer products business, was the vice president of global customer experience at LexisNexis, and was an associate partner at the Monitor Group where she spent 11 years helping her clients build optimized customer experiences. Dorsey has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from the University of Virginia.

BRIAN Lenhart

DIRECTOR, GLOBAL DIGITAL MARKETING, American Express Travel  

As Director of Global Digital Marketing, Brian Lenhart leads the team responsible for engaging American Express Card Members with their travel benefits and services via email, paid search, display media, onsite placements and digital partnerships, driving forward advanced personalization techniques to increase message relevance globally.

Previously, Brian led Platinum Card benefits and digital experiences. In this role, he launched several new benefits and drove increased engagement with Card Members. Brian was also one of the founders of OPEN Forum (openforum.com), pioneering many innovations for American Express. He launched the company’s first official Twitter handle (@OPENForum), partnered with bloggers to create a differentiated content strategy, and led the team to win several industry-leading awards, including a Gold MIXX award, a Webby honoree award, a Reggie and an Effie. Before OPEN, Brian tested new technologies throughout the company on the Interactive Strategy and Innovation team.

Prior to American Express, Brian worked at an advertising agency in account management. Brian is a graduate of Columbia University and Lehigh University. Brian lives in New Jersey with his wife and two daughters and is an avid traveler internationally and throughout the United States, having visiting all of the 48 contiguous states.


JOSUE GUINARTCARRENO

SR. BRAND MANAGER, P&G

Josue Guinart-Carreno is the Senior Brand Manager for North America Gillette Venus, the leading brand in female grooming.  His primary responsibility is growing P&G's regional female shave business, while delivering marketing strategies and plans to grow Gillette Venus awareness amongst US female consumers.  Previously, Josue served as VP of Marketing for The Art of Shaving, a leading prestige male grooming brand and retailer with over 150 corporately owned stores. His accomplishments include growing national awareness, expanding the e-commerce business, and delivering cross-category innovation.  He has been working at Procter & Gamble for over 10 years in multiple categories including grooming, beauty, and beverages. Josue holds an A.B. from Harvard and an M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson.

Brian Kenny

Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, HBS

Brian Kenny is the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer (CMCO) at Harvard Business School (HBS), where he brings over two decades of experience leading marketing, branding and communications at large global institutions. As the School’s first CMCO, Brian has oversight of the HBS brand globally, including coordinating all marketing, communications and public relations efforts. Working with the dean's executive team and leading HBS faculty, Brian aligns marketing strategies and programs across all business units including the MBA program, executive education, external relations, HBX and Harvard Business Publishing. Since assuming the role in 2008, Brian has championed new approaches to promoting the work of the School, combining social, traditional, paid and earned media to create an integrated narrative that animates faculty research, student activities and alumni impact. Brian explores and develops strategic partnerships and cobranding relationships with leading brands and he is the creator and host of Cold Call, the official podcast of Harvard Business School (www.hbs.edu/coldcall). He is a marketing thought leader who frequently presents at marketing industry conferences.

ASSOCIATE MARKETING MANAGER, GENERAL MILLS

Ahana Gautam is an Associate Marketing Manager (AMM) leading the natural and organic baking business at General Mills. She is in charge of the P&L, growth, innovation and brand building for the natural and organic baking brands, Annie’s and Immaculate Baking, which focus on serving the expanding consumer needs for wholesome food and wellness. Before joining General Mills, she worked with Procter & Gamble in India across the varied functions of Product Supply, Corporate Finance and Marketing. Ahana has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (2010) and an MBA from Harvard Business School (2016).
